Yoga Classes

Various evening and morning 6 week Yoga sessions are held during the Fall, Winter and Spring in Sussex, NB., including Gentle Flow, Vinyasa & Restorative styles.


10 week Gentle Flow sessions are held in the evening during the Fall & Spring in Norton, NB. 

All of my classes include an essential oil to connect to the theme of the practice that day and to help us settle more deeply into the moment. You will also receive free membership to my extensive online library to ensure you can continue your practice outside of class.

This class is the perfect balance between effort and ease. With postures to help us build strength and flexibility in the body and mind you will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. *beginner friendly






If you are needing to wind down, bring your nervous system back to calm and help quiet your busy mind, this practice is for you. We use different props and techniques to allow our bodies the chance to completely let go and decompress from our busy, stressful lives. *beginner friendly




This class is for the more practiced yogi who is looking for a challenge through exploring more intermediate postures and transitions.
