Return to Nature Birding & Mindfulness Retreat

This 3 night Getaway at Castalia Marsh Retreat is the perfect opportunity to explore Grand Manan with our expert Birding Guide Alain Clavette and Mindfulness Mentor Mary Zarei.

Alain’s knowledge of the local birds is extensive and he will be sharing his passion with our group by bringing us on outings around the island  where we will find migrating and nesting birds during this time of the year.  He will have a spotting scope and many binoculars  to share with the group to heighten the experience. Alain is also an accomplished wildlife photographer and is excited to share his tips and tricks to capture beautiful moments on your retreat.

Our days will also include Mindful Moments with Mary where she will offer different techniques to help us arrive fully in the moment, connect to ourselves, to nature and to the beauty of the island.
