This 3.5 hour journey will guide you deep into a relaxed and healing state through the use of many different tools.
Throughout the day we will use the warm embrace of Restorative Yoga postures and carefully selected along with complimentary high quality Essential Oils to enhance our overall experience.
You will also have the support of Crystals that will be selected for you and your intentions, along with Energy and Sound Healing to help support what shifts are ready to occur within the mind body and spirit.

Cancellation Policy-
Because much hard work and many hours go into these experiences I offer, the cancellation policy for events and retreats is as follows:
There is a 30% non-refundable fee on all events and retreats. If you cancel 30-15 days before the start date the non-refundable fee will be 50%. If you cancel 14 days or less before the start date your cancellation fee is 50% and the other 50% will be credited toward another event, retreat or service.
